Money Savers: Krustbuster

Krustbuster, Multi Use, Crust Remover and Sealer\
I'm starting a new segment (I think!) called Money Savers.  Money Savers will be about products that you can buy to help save you money.  I know, it sounds like an oxymoron, but it's no secret that sometimes you have to invest a little to save.  Most of the products that I review will be household items that I actually own and have used to give the most honest reviews.  Have a suggestion or a household product you think saves you money? Share! I'm always open to guest posts.

First up: the Krustbuster.  I just got this in the mail today.  I ordered it from Amazon.com using my free giftcards earned at Swagbucks.com (haven't joined Swagbucks!? Join today!).  The Krustbuster is a neat little product for under $10 to make "uncrustables"-like sandwiches.  There are quite a few products out there that can make the crust-free sandwichs. I chose the Krustbuster because it uses almost the entire slice of bread. My mom always spoils my boys by buying them the real Uncrustables while we're visiting.  The boys love them, but the real versions are just not in our budget at the moment.  Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are cheap enough to make and now I can make my own!  The seal is good and tight and your sandwiches can be frozen after they're made.  How handy!  I like that it's not just for peanut butter and jelly--you can use any type of sandwich fixin's!  I had some leftover spaghetti sauce and some mozzerrella cheese and made a "pizza sandwich" that my three year old gobbled up!  So, if your family likes the ease of Uncrustables, think about buying a Krustbuster.  Be sure to dry out and save your crusts for homemade breadcrumbs!
